He has excited fans at recent events by performing selections from his rap albums, Hungry & Focused 1-4, Extended Play, Surf & Stillwell & Big Man Mentality. He's currently ranked #13 in the world by MLE and remains among the most popular competitive eaters in America.
Booker is more than an eater--he is a personality. Booker has appeared frequently on television, including Jimmy Kimmel Live, Last Call with Carson Daly, where he served as announcer (Eater in Residence), a commercial for the website giant Go Daddy, and not to mention his very own episode of the ABC reality TV show Wife Swap
He lives with his wife and sons in Long Island. He is accomplished in judo and is a conductor for New York City's 7 Subway Train.Eating Records:

- Music BiographyThis is Long Island's Own Eric "Badlands" Booker, World Renowned, Top Ranked IFOCE/MLE Professional Competitive Eater and Hip Hop Artist.Born and raised in Southeast Jamaica, Queens, "Badlands" Booker has always had hip hop flowing thru his veins, and spent much of his early years rhyming under the moniker "Big Hulk". Teaming up with his childhood friend Keith "Vultcha" Thomas, Shopping demo tapes and Performing at Open Mic showcases. We even did a promo in 1997 for NY's Iconic Hip Hop Station Hot 97 for Air Personality "Curt Flirt" (which the Vultcha produced).
That year I also pursued another passion, Competitive Speed Eating. So in 2003, with the help of producer/musician Julian Maile (Loser's lounge, Rent, Spray Paint Star) I picked up my pen again and decided to create a new genre called "Competitive Eating Themed Hip Hop", and recorded "The Sweet Science of Competitive Eating", Which would be Hip Hop's first competitive eating themed rap song, and the instrumental is used to this day to introduce the eaters at the Nathan's Hot Dog Contest Finals aired on ESPN."Hungry & Focused" was released on July 4th. 2004 And it was received by the Competitive eating community with ovelwelming praise! And to this day, 5 albums later, fans are still staying "Hungry & Focused" on Badlands Booker's music!
